We are looking for a talented and driven Prompt Engineer to join our dynamic team working to make AI accessible to all.  Our rapidly growing team is committed to building an intuitive platform to evaluate, orchestrate and scale AI solutions. Empowering businesses to innovate boldly, enhance efficiency and deliver intuitive AI tools.  

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing and monitoring prompts for large scale models to deliver high-quality, accurate and actionable outputs. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure that the AI models align with our product vision. Your expertise and creative thinking will directly impact how our platform operates and bring one of the most exciting AI solutions to market in 2025.  

• Prompt Design & Optimization to generate high-quality, relevant and reliable outputs 
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering Teams to translate product requirements into effective prompt designs 
• Data Analysis & A/B Testing to analyze the performance of prompts using data-driven approaches 
• Debugging and troubleshooting to ensure model outputs meet the highest standards 
• Continuously improve prompt quality, performance and overall AI prompt generation process 
• Create and maintain technical documentation  
• Explore & Experiment with new prompt engineering techniques, trends and research 
• Identify & Solve Issues related to prompt performance  
• Develop & Implement playbooks, templates and best practices 

Required: 

• 2+ years of experience as a Prompt engineer or similar role 
• Comprehensive understanding of natural language processing concepts, techniques and tools.  
• Ability to analyze model output and identify areas for improvement 
• Experience with data analysis and using metrics to evaluate model performance 
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members 
• Reside in the San Francisco Bay Area 

 Preferred: 

• BS in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field 
• Understanding of our core technology environments - Angular/Java/Python 
• Understanding of REST / HTTP / Web Architecture
